Store in a cool place between 5º and 12º C. The anchovy is a semi-preserved product.
Before eating, keep the container at room temperature for around 30 minutes. In this way the oil will return to its natural state.
After a thorough cleaning of the anchovies and subsequent marinating in vinegar, we obtain some delicious anchovy fillets, characterised by their whiteness and flavour.
