At Conservas Lolin we prepare this product salted, anchovy fillets in olive oil and in vinegar (anchovy). Our preparation method is completely by hand and carried out by experts, with this knowledge being passed down from generation to generation.

Within Lolin's selection criteria is the tuna species Yellowfin from the Atlantic Ocean. Fished using purse seine nets and/or rods, it is perhaps, the tuna fish most used in preserves and highly valued by its consumers.
