  • Salted anchovy and pepper salad

    This recipe is the simplest and most traditional way to eat salted anchovies. The secret to this recipe is to put the anchovies in oil for several days to enhance their flavour. They are then combined with the peppers cut into strips.

    Various accompaniments can be added to this dish, such as a bouquet of vegetables with vinaigrette. For the bouquet you can use watercress, chicory, red endive, rocket, radishes and cherry tomatoes.
