In 2011, Conservas Lolín was certified by the international organism, Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance, on the management standards for quality and food safety.
The commissioning of the guidelines laid down in these standards guarantee the correct development in the different production stages, from the reception of the raw material, its correct handling, the optimum condition of the installations, the continuous training of the operators to the subsequent marketing of the product; with an exhaustive control over all aspects, both from the product quality point of view and from its food safety.
This new improvement results in the effort that this company has been developing in the defence and improvement of the service to its customers and potential markets. This is an essential objective within Conservas Lolin’s strategy.
